  • Sell Your Alberta Residential Property with Bayview Law

    At Bayview Law, we make selling your Alberta residential property easy, efficient, and cost-effective. You can now execute your sale documents remotely via video conferencing (FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, etc.), allowing us to assist you no matter where you are.

     

    If you prefer to sign remotely, please call us first at (587) 566-6019 to confirm the process. You will need to courier the executed original documents to our office. Alternatively, you can sign your documents in person at our Calgary office or at one of our affiliated law offices, including locations in Edmonton.

     

    We strive to accommodate your schedule and are committed to releasing your sale proceeds within two business days after receiving the purchase funds (and the estoppel certificate if your property is a condominium).
