GST is not included in the legal fees listed above. In addition to the legal fees, clients are responsible for any applicable disbursements.
While the above flat fees apply to uncontested matters, circumstances may change and disputes may arise. If a matter becomes contested or requires additional work beyond the scope of an uncontested file, further work will be billed on an hourly basis.
